Framerate is used to select between the different SMTP time formats 
(hh:mm:ss:ff - where ff is the current frame). Those are only relevant 
if you record soundtracks to films (there it means how many images per 
second - so that would be 24 for film, 25 for PAL, and 29.97 for NTSC TV).

In your case: Forget about it.
