I'm tending to compose on the P3 and once something is shaped up, I'll
then sync to Digital Performer, but only to record audio from the
devices driven by the P3 as I'm making realtime changes (res and freq
changes on the Nova for example). At that point, I let DP drive clock
and let the P3 be a slave.

Once that's done, I'll overdub other synths (typically non-MIDI),
layer drums from my Electribes or Reason, add effects, and mix.

So I guess I compose on the P3, but fine tune arrangements in DP.
