The Pro Solo MkI appears not to have an auto- or legato-glide mode, which is what you need to use tie for activating slide. This is a common feature on better MIDI to CV convertors, and was indeed added to the Pro Solo MkII. > So far I've been recreating the tie-gliding character of the > 303 by setting > up an aux controller number and basically replicating by hand > what happens > on the Tie line onto the Aux line. but it's a bit of a pain and a much > simpler way could be to tell the P3 to send such MIDI > controller accordingly > to what happens in the Tie event sequence. There's no way to do this automatically at the moment. It's the sort of thing I could add as a user config option. I'll put it on the list for the next time I have a look at the P3 OS.
