I agree, u cant beat the price for an electribe....
I think my buddy picked up an old em-1 for 90$?

  Here's another vote for the ESX, and the Korg Electribes in general. 
  They might not be the most feature rich machines, but they are 
  incredibly easy and efficient to use. I think Korg hit exactly the right 
  spot in terms of features vs. cost/complexity.
