is there anyway to transpose tracks in a part individually using a midi keyboard?

It's a bit of an omission from the manual, but P3 response to
incoming MIDI sync is automatic.
If it isn't already playing, it will respond to an incoming MIDI
clock START by starting in sync with the MIDI tempo.
If it's already running, it will ignore MIDI START, though it will
stop if it receives a MIDI STOP.
