Not directly, though it can be done by using one muted track in 
record mode to capture notes for transposition into a single step 
pattern, then using 'xpose by trk n' events in patterns that you 
want to transpose.
Technically it would be easy to have individual track transposition 
by incoming notes, but the question is how to implement it on the 
MIDI side - how to assign channels or select which tracks should be 
transposed.
I'm also running out of code space for sure.
The current beta build is now at the limit for the original P3 CPUs 
used before production models and kits from April '05.
There's only 1k more code space in the production CPUs.
