Hi,

First of all, thanks Colin for your response to my Qs -- I appreciate
it!

Just to throw in my opinion, I would actually consider the ability to
transpose tracks individually to be near the top of my list of
priorities for an analog-style-sequencer (actually, this was actually
what I was trying to ask, but I wrote "parts" instead of "tracks").
On the Doepfer MAQ I really love being able to transpose each row
individually -- So for example I could have row1 doing something
melodic, while rows2/3 are handling something weird/percussive... I
want to be able to transpose the melodic part without affecting the
rhythmic sequences. Or maybe I have 3 melodic tracks, and I want to
try transposing track 1 up a semitone, while at the same time
transposing tracks2+3 down a semitone,...etc...

I'm going to be selling my Doepfer to finance this P3, and that is a
feature I will miss. Anyway, I find it quite amazing just the fact
that we are able to interact/make suggestions to you at all, Colin, &
I understand that this feature may not be a priority for you and most
other users, but personally I would happily sacrifice many other p3
features in order to accommodate this.

thx, Jason
