Percussion patterns can have transpose defeat set on each step - that stops them being transposed or FTS'd, so you could use a MIDI keyboard and part transpose presently to move one 'row' around. If I come up with an efficient way to implement it, assignable track transpose may go in. Maybe with a part transpose 'mask', that allows certain tracks be to be set to ignore PXP, while still obeying playlist transpose and FTS.
