Other's have seen me say this elsewhere, but the gear got packed when a friend needed a place to stay during a REALLY bad relationship issue. That eventually got better, but there was another friend in a similar spot right around the corner. That happened a couple of more times, but it looks "all clear" at this point. :) >> Anyway...
