Good point; in that case you can get interesting results from delaying a 
note then setting the repeat on that delayed note. This then leads into 
the next one in a similar way.
Also, experimenting with the set tbase aux event at key points in the 
sequence is worth a try. It means a little more planning cos you have to 
think in terms of the overall length and so on but could help.
