They are mostly the same.
Instead of holding a playlist for each track, parts now just hold a pattern
(or ghost) for each track.

Same as it ever was in v3 ;-)

16 steps x 16 bars = 256.
Use a note repeat on every step and you can have 512.
Use bar repeats on every bar, and you can have patterns that take a very,
very long time to repeat.
