I've been finding it increasingly annoying to maintain the drum parts for tracks separately from the synth parts. > I'll keep my fingers crossed for C/V :O) I did some research a while back into the audibility of MIDI delays, and found the minimum times that can actually be perceived to be less than I thought. Very short delays that can't be heard in isolation as rhythmic changes can be heard as timbral changes where sounds are layered - most notably with percussion sounds. So the plan is for P4 to include native CV outputs. In order to make it as flexible as possible, this will likely be on a daughter-board connected to the main CPU by a very high-speed synchronous connection. That way there would be the option to have multiple note/velocity/aux/gate CV outs for synths, or multiple accent/trig outputs to drive drum sounds.
