I've uploaded the file for that panel to the Yahoo Group files section, in
the DIY folder.
Pay careful attention to the README file I posted with it.
Changes may be needed to the FPD file depending on which board revision you
have.

The case to go behind a Schaeffer panel is left as an exercise for the
builder.
How you should go about it depends on whether you feel more confident with
metalwork, joinery, or macrame.

I'm aware people are still waiting on a re-issue of the memory boards.
I'll try really hard to firm up plans for this in the next week.
