Analogue-sequencer

Another electronics query I'm afraid... I bought everything except resistors from the Bill of 
Parts on the idea that I'd pick up the resistors from Maplin, but whilst the BoM gives the 
value could someone offer advice on whether it should be carbon film, metal film, power 
ratings etc. I do realize they must be axial!
