One of the "final P3 enhancements" I wanted (but I realise it's time to 
move on to new things <g>) was a loop record that filled aux notes in 
overdub mode. In other words, if recording and a note was present, add 
an aux note value (abs) on that step too. Do this until all auxes are 
used up. Wudda bin cool for drums.

Yay, me too. And you wouldn't believe the wacko ideas I've been saving 
up for those "I'd do it if more power, more OS space" days...
