If it gets as far as that screen, the bootloader is working.
It would be odd for the OS to be corrupt but not to show a checksum error at
boot.
Try reloading the OS using firmware update mode - FUNC+PAGE at power on.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
