First is that there is not enough gap between sysex blocks. There should be somewhere you can configure that in your app, but I'm no Mac user so I cant help. Another common cause of bad data is a feedback loop between MIDI IN and OUT. P3 sends an ACK for each sysex block it receives, but if it is sent its own ACK back by MIDI soft-thru, it will give bad data.
