Though, the seller is certainly not taking any risks with the value they
feel they deserve to get.

And the statement about it being an investment that will never lose money is
uncertain at best with the Cirklon waiting in the wings.

If the seller is on this list, you are missing a trick by saying there were
only a thousand or so made.

I believe there are only a couple of hundred factory built P3s?
