The pozi screws are just what I had in stock. Final units will most likely use the same allen head screws I used on the prototypes. I only had enough of those for the I/O board fixings - have a look next to the sockets, compared to the fixings round the panel edge: http://www.sequentix.com/images/cirklon/ck-1-02.jpg Countersunk screws require much more precise alignment of the holes on the panel with the captive nuts underneath - that is hard to achieve on the chassis where the nuts are on flanges that are folded from edges of the bottom face. I know of a few cases where the screw heads on P3s got stripped because of binding threads, which then required drilling out. I intend to use white ink for the screening if the factory can source a fluorescent white ink. I want to make the legend fluorescent to give good visibility using UV on otherwise dark stages.
