I think this is likely a compatibility problem between P3Tools 2 and v4.5 data. v4.5 uses the same basic structure of data as v4, but the behaviour is slightly changed. Instead of having each pattern belong to a specific part and track (the Pn:Tn numbers shown in P3 Tools), each pattern has a number from 1 to 64. Patterns can be assigned in any part/track location, but they can also exist 'unused' in v4.5 They can't do that in v4. That might be the cause of the missing patterns. I'm not sure if this can be fixed. I didn't write P3 Tools, though I think I have a copy of the source somewhere. I'll need to check with the author if this is likely to be the problem, and whether it would be 5 minutes or 5 weeks to fix it.
