There can be setup and hosted free here: <http://www.wikidot.com/>

Never done it though so I don't know if it's a good service. Maybe someone else has some experience with such a service provider ?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
