pardon my ignorance, but is there an easy way to go from an on-line Wiki format to a double-sided 8.5x11 (or A4) printed format that can be put in a ring binder and used without a computer nearby?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
