Aw, I liked that. And I'd still be into the idea of a "one time play"
using Run + (inactive) track as a performance thing. But I guess all
the stuff I like is performance based and lots of the things related
to playlists etc. are more compositional-based?
The one use I have for playlists is to mimic the Polymorph's "start
other sequence" command - so a pattern can play for (e.g.) 16 steps,
rest 32 steps, play again and so on. With Aux events I probably won't
even need that. I have also reproduced the same performance trick
using concurrent part play. So many ways to skin the same moggy with
the P3... 8-)
