You will need to disconnect some of the cables to get the top to sit right back. The pot boards are the long thin ones connected to all the pots, obviously. There are only two ICs on the pot boards. Take the two on the upper pot board out, and swap them over, making sure to put them into the sockets pointing in the right direction. You might need a little scremdriver to lever them out. Make sure to do it evenly at each end so the pins don't get bent. Cheers, Colin f
