Thanks Amanda, but can you make that the crazy Englishman and the crazy
Scotsman.
We just need one of our Irish cousins to get in on the act, and we'll be
due a dodgy pub joke.

Whatever you do though - please don't post email addresses on
newsgroups. It can only lead to spam...

In a thread called Phrase Sequencers someone has asked about midi-generating 
hardware boxes, and has been pointed to RM1x, Doepfer and Signal Arts. Someone 
needs to climb on their white horse and tell those folks about the crazy 
Englishmen!

Yes, someone needs to circulate news of what is going on in these two groups.
We'd have been at Frankfurt had it not been so expensive to book even the
smallest of stalls.

Colin is absolutely right. I'm OK with links to webpages and newsgroups going
up. Posting my private e-mail address would make me unhappy since I get more
than enough adverts for dodgy chemicals and "enhancements" on my other ghost
accounts. ?:)

I'd say the P3 was a Step Sequencer - capable of interaction with
notes at the individual step level - like sequencers of old. I'd
imagine a Phrase Sequencer to be something that allows interaction
with phrases - e.g. the Monomachine, the RM1X, Zyklus etc. 

I never did finish my "Step Sequencer" article for SOS... can't leave
those blippy lights alone for long enough to write it <g>
