..obviously a remark made by someone without a working P3...;)

that's one of the P3's main strengths in my opinion; repetitive music
without it becoming repetitive..i love playing around with playlists,
combining patterns with different lengths, directions, skipped notes,
random settings, and mixing it all up with a bit of Global Bar thrown
in occasionally.
i'm starting to get the hang of the accumulators as well, btw. with
my current understanding of the principle it's still kinda chaotic,
but it's definitely pretty fascinating...

BTW That's less of an issue now - I did some optimising last night that was
suprisingly effective - there is 4kB+ free now, which is quite a lot,
relatively speaking. Plus I learned a bit more about how much object code
certain operations produce, so I can avoid certain things.

I'm generally wary of publishing my TBI list, as I know how frustrating it
is as an end-user to think you're getting some great feature that
subsequently fails to materialise. 'Under-promise, over-deliver' is a sound
principle IMO.
But I suppose in the context of a 'which of these possible features would
you like most' poll, I can live with it.

I'm not entirely sure what the SQ does, but you can certainly have playlists
of patterns in P3 repeat based on their own lengths rather than the global
bar, which can give you extended polyrhythmic cycles.

You got me! I'm looking at hopefully picking up a pre-built in a
few months... You guys get to be my beta testers! ;-)
