P3 will transmit midi clock at its output port if it has the 'mclk' option
on, and it is either running on internal sync, or being synced to midi clock
arriving at the midi in. It's not that the 'thru' option filters clock -
thru only deals with channel information, but sync can be re-transmitted if
required.
I hope that makes sense...

Not at all, sorry :-)

I have three ports on the P3: in, out and thru, right?

I thought normally a thru port reflects all data coming in on the in-port.

But that seems not to be the case with midi clock on my P3.

I *am* dump in these regions, sorry. Also, it is for the first time ever I
use a thru port anyway, since I have to many gear for the 8 ports on the
AMT8 midi interface..., so I thought connecting a drummachine from the thru
port on the P3, will receive the midi clock sended from Logic to the P3.

I hope *this* makes sense too...

No. You have Midi in, Midi out/through, and Din Sync.

The midi out can be configured to be a midi through, and has the
option of retransmitting the midi clock with 'mclk on'

Sound like you may have it connected to the Din sync port.
