Also remember if you set repeats on a playlist step with chg=B, the pattern
will only be reset on the next global bar after the number of reps set.
At least it used to do that, I haven't tested it for a while, so I may have
broken that behaviour...

There are occasions when I would wish this behaviour optional
actually. And also for accumulators to sometimes continue accumulating
over part changes.... But you expect this sort of request from me I
know.... 8-)
