P3 v3.98

P3 v3.98

Folks,

v3.98 (in files now) adds per bank midi channels.
This is not active by default - there is a user config option,
'Mchans per bank', that you will need to turn on.
Once that is done, you need to reset the midi channels for all banks.

This build also resolves a long standing issue. If you had a note
currently held on a playing pattern, and changed midi channel on
that track, the note would be left hanging as the note-off message
would be sent on the wrong channel.
I was aware of this, but had never really had a problem with it, as
changing midi channels on the fly during playback wasn't something I
thought was likely to happen.
However, since a note on the last step of a pattern with tie set
could be left hanging over to the next pattern on another bank, with
per bank midi channels the note was more likely to be left hanging.
So I fixed it.

Cheers,
Colin f

Most common cause is a midi loop - if P3 gets its acknowledge message back
from the device sending it the dump, it will show 'bad block'.
