The P3 rotate is on the edit softkeys labelled '<- shift ->'.
F1 and F2 shift the whole pattern left or right.
If you hold FUNC, only the steps up to the last step are rotated.
All values for each step are rotated, so you can't rotate notes but not
gates for example.
That wouldn't be hard to add, but there's not an obvious key combination for
it, and you know how people moan about shifted functions ;-)
