Re: [analogue-sequencer] Playlist Revamp
2004-12-01 by darkstr1746@comcast.net
I for one would like to see the inclusion of the playlist edit, memory space permitting of course. If not, maybe a addition for P4? That would certainly give me a little more incentive to get another one..... not that i need any!! LOL If it could be done in an intuitive way it would be a great help for those times that i must use playlists. Playlists in general are something i've always had trouble getting my mind around. I need a very strong visual indicator of what's going on or i get lost real fast. So i guess i'm saying that if the playlist edit thing happens, it should be accompanied with strong visual indicator of what your doing. Obviously this will take more memory space and maybe a modification of part of the UI, which equals more money. I'll pay!!! just my two cents worth kind regards john duval

So, I take it nobody minds at all if Colin revamps playlist edit as
per my suggestion yesterday?
8-)
I mean, it's not for me personally as I don't use playlists
extensively - but with my reviewer's hat on, I *am* conscious of the
learning curve and the way many reviewers might prefer the 'friendlier
alternative'.
Of course if it takes up more codespace, forget it dude! I know how
tight things are....
