give those buckets of displays and i won't mind one whit about the price tag. I'm pretty much a total visual information type person. So bring on that huge display, i'll pay!!   LOL

When you move a knob, the display shows what you are changing and what the
new value is for a couple of seconds.
You can inspect the stored values on each step by holding FUNC and pressing
the step keys.
A permanent visual reference for every knob would be nice, but I worked out
it would probably need at least 64 characters of display width. 4 16x2 PLEDs
at 30 quid a pop would add 120 quid to the parts cost alone.
I think most people get on fine without such expensive visual comfort.
If/when I do a more expensive big brother to P3 for rich e-muso types, it'll
have buckets of display, and a price tag to match ;-)
