cat .numbers Rapid wrong ?

cat .numbers Rapid wrong ?

Hi Colin,

I was browsing through your pdf-partlist for the P3 components, and
was checking the Rapid Electronics website. I couldn't find one single
component using the codes that I found in your pdf-file. for example
080-050 gives an error. Have their codes changed, or am I doing
s'thing wrong ?

btw, I assume these are all quite standard electronic parts, so i can
just as well buy them at the local shop, or are there 'specials' and
would it be best to order them at the suggested suppliers ?

regards,
niels

You're not doing something wrong - I put the hyphens in the wrong place.
If you move the hyphen one digit to the left, the parts will show up.
The next revision boards have a number of changes, so the current bill of
materials will be updated soon.

Nearly all the parts are fairly standard, available from multiple suppliers
and sources. I try to avoid any single-source parts because they inevitably
get discontinued just as you're about to buy a load of them.
I'm considering offering the PLED modules myself, since I get them at the
25+ price.

Cheers,
