3.1.006 r4 and Aux Events selecting

3.1.006 r4 and Aux Events selecting

2006-03-25 by monads

I tried to search but couldn't find the answer, but i noticed after hitting FUNC + step mode to
get to the AUX page the aux events I'm allowed to choose after hitting PAGE is dependent on
the CC# on the previous page. For example, if CC# is set to 0 and I hit PAGE I get grab,
swap, push and xpose by track aux events only. To be able to view Rndmz events I must set
the CC# to 34 or 40. And so on. Is this how it's intended? I thought I'd just be able to get to
the aux events page and cycle through them via the DATA knob or just hitting the F2/next
option. Am I missing something here? The above just seems painful because I have to
remember what CC# to get to what group of AUX events. I don't remember it being like this
in 3.1.005.

The events are now in groups, accessed using the step keys from the aux
config page.
This is in the new manual, but I've put a PDF of the relevant chart here:

Thanks Colin! Yea I figured it out after posting this message. I was just stumped there for
a minute.
