Analogue-sequencer

Hi Colin and folks;

I want to return to music..after two years due to a health problem . I sold much of my 
analogue beast and machines but kept the P3 and the smashed Delta HF..

I would like to know what has been improved to the machine.. If any other mode to 
introduce lenght mode as my 202 mode...

I hope that you all are ok.. me and my cars are ready to fly,again

Hey Hans,

you might want to load the latest OS and experiment with a length value 
of 13. Not exactly 202 mode but very, very cool.

I think length 13 was added after the last release, so it wont be in the
manual.
Anyway... a length of 13 means - hold this note until another note comes
along.
So if you have a step with gate turned on and length 13, the note will stay
on even if following steps are off, until the next active step.
Tie still works as normal, but stretches across inactive steps.
It's pretty cool.

Probably not... depends what a shuffle pattern means to you ?

Ey folks ,Do you know of any minimal,techno or whatever genre made with P3?

Since I quit to now , Richie must have used it a lot... among others..lots 
of shuffle in nowadays minimal.. as spanish AlexUnder guyl  very good 
stuff...

Yes it wasn´t in the manual.. I don´t have the P3 at hand until tomorrow. 
I´ll open the rest of the studio since two years wow!

How can be deactivate steps to do a long 13 tie.. I mean if you have a 
existing pattern where all notes long same... you want to third note long 
let´s say 3 existing notes... but they do exist...ACTIVE as you say.. do you 
have to select 13 on those 3 notes...

I mean.. if the pattern already exist... or it can be done in patterns that 
you are " doing" by first time at that moment... ( sorry about that)

About the shuffle patterns, I have found in the manual ( nice one man!) kind 
of all 909 shuffle patterns, wich is cool, but I meant user made 
patterns...if not I hardly remember that you could " clone" one of your 
existing ones and just change pitch and other values and letting untouched 
those ones..
