when CPU of the P3 is burned out, what can i do?

I worried about assembling the kit. Because I'm not good at soldering. At the worst, i might burned out main CPU of the P3. Then do I have to wait second run to perchase another kit? Or is it ok that just changing the CPU near by electronic shop?
