p3 for sale

2007-08-27 by implode7@comcast.net

Not giving up on it....right now I can use the $, and I'm assuming that I'll buy a p4 when it comes out. I have an Octopus and a sam-16 coming, so those will do for the near future.

this is a pre-Sequentix version, assembled by Colin. It's black, and not the silver of the later production model. It is functionally equivalent.

Midiwise, it has a midi in and 5 midi outs.

I'd like to clear $1,000 after shipping, fees etc.

Thanks,
Gene

MemX Board Orders

2007-08-27 by Colin Fraser

Folks,

There has been a very rapid take up of the MemX boards.
My plan was to offer boards to those on the pre-order list before announcing
availability publically, but that plan was pre-empted by a post to the list.

The number of orders placed so far plus the number or boards that were
pre-ordered is now approaching the total number of boards available.
So I have suspended ordering until those who pre-ordered have had a chance
to buy theirs, and I can then work out how many I have left.
I can't be sure of the remaining stock level until I work out which orders
have come from pre-order customers, since a number of people have used a
different email address for the PayPal payment than they used to pre-order a
board.

If you mailed me after the initial announcment of the MemX board to say you
wanted one, and have not already placed an order, I will be in touch soon to
point you to a private order page and give you the chance to get a board.

If you didn't pre-order but have already placed an order, don't worry, there
will be enough stock to cover current orders.
Just bear with me for a few days while I sort through the list.

I will add any new order requests to a list, and offer the remaining boards
on a first-come first-served basis.
Please send an email to contact@sequentix.com, with the subject 'MemX
Order'.

The demand has been surprisingly high, so if the waiting list grows much, I
may be able to have another run of boards made.
Thanks.

Best regards,
Colin Fraser

Out of curiosity Colin,

What proportion of p3s sold (kit and production) are people adding the
memory too?

(ie what percentage will be upgraded?)
