Nice white panel supplier and rack ears for that?

Hi; I am very interested in getting a cute white panel unit, I sent one email to the guy who make them but I got no answer, If you read this please contact with me. Does anybody Know How much does it charge for them? Also another person asked about some rack ears to put the unit inside a SKB rack for tours, that is what I wanna do, Any luck finding them? Please don´t tell me about the rackmount unit as I find the white one far more hansome than the other one. Thanks and merry X-mas !!!
