Colin, let me help you out here.....

I have just created list that can be filled out in the group database area located here:
http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/analogue-sequencer/database

Anyone
who wants to pre-order, select the database, click add new record and
fill in the info. For privacy, I have left out last names.

So we
have everyone's attention, Colin should originate another message to
the group to use the database table for pre-orders.....

Have fun....

You can pre-order for any location.

However I realise now that it would be very useful if you can include your

real name and location in the email.

That will ensure that I don't have to tie up pre-order emails from different

email addresses, and can allocate pre-ordered units to local distributors

where that will apply.

Hi Bob,

I appreciate the effort, but having a pre-order database on Yahoo would
force people to sign-up for a Yahoo account in order to register.
Many people don't want to join Yahoo, for fear of spam etc., and keeping a
separate list for those people would make the whole process more complex.
So, thanks for the idea, but I'd prefer just to keep the list as a mail
folder here.

Best regards,

Have we a firmer price vs "sub 1000 GBP" yet? :)
