Well, it's been great hearing about all the cirklon, no doubt when I've some cash I'll be investing, in the meantime - somehow please don't ask why it's taken so long- I've got a P3 build almost finished, I just need to craft an enclosure.

I was wondering if anyone might have plans for one archived away? I mean a diagram for the whole enclosure, distances and holes for everything, not just the top panel would be super useful. I really like the original design, but there's that doepfer styled one in the photo's section here that's also caught my eye.

Of course, I know this is way past an appropriate time in history to ask such a thing, but I thought it'd be worth a shot before I start constructing something to house it from scratch.

Cheers.

Well, I would like the file also. Preferably in a compatible autocad
format;-)
When I receive the cirklon, I'm planning on putting my P3 in a suitcase
together with an analog mono syth I'm currently building. Unfortunately
the suitcase isn't wide enough to reuse my current panel, so I need to
make a new one.
(and no, I'm not selling my panel. It was my first home made panel ever
and I plan to glue it to a wall)

Cheers,

files section here has a complete set of schaeffer files for the 3u versions I've made. see if they help any. there are some small mods needed to one PCB.

Thanks for the replies so far. Duncan, good to have those files, I'll have to think about whether to go for a 3U unit, but actually just to have pictures of the inside of a unit is helpful to me! Should've looked in the files area of the group of course, just that last time I looked I remember not seeing any...shows how long it's been, whoops.

Tom, if I get something different made up I'll put the files into the group section, but likely at the moment is me buying some metal and crafting something from scratch, I like to think I'm alright with me hands and that.

No worries about the panel I wasn't even thinking it and the wall is definitely the place.

Thanks all,

P.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
