You can do this. If the midi sampler you're speaking of has a midi implementation chart, you can use any voltage source as a controller via the A192. Regarding the Blacet: Some of his modules will work OK with 12 volts, not all. Otherwise, there was a way to power them with a wallwart. Write John.
