Those components of the MOTM buss card are filter caps - no worries, they won't cause anything but cleaner power. I do not believe the analog and digital grounds are isolated on the MOTM distribution panel, but use of this panel eliminated daisy chaining as Serge does it, which is the WORST thing to do for clean grounds. The ground lines are doubled up only because it makes good electrical sense to do sot. Remember, the ground receives the return for the +12, -12 and 5 volt lines. Also look into the Blacet PSCONN and Cynthia 'Combo-distro'. And yes, A Sys power termination is completely different than MOTM/Blacet, Cynthia/Modcan and Doepfer.
