Welcome on Malcom, thanks for joining. The biggest issue in my opinion is the Korg's hz/votage scaling, which makes interfacing with more conventional systems a pain. In fact, Korg sold a scaler to allow for interfacing when they made the MS. I would submit an AS system you are describing, with a suitable controller could well supercede your MS 20's function(save for the external signal processor or the filter's idiosycrancies.) Not to slag your MS, it is a very nice instrument, but the AS could easily grow to your personal tastes and needs. Normally, I find mixing systems to be most effective. Peter Grenedar sells a wonderful VCO called a plan 9, Wiard has some amazing modules as does Blacet. A mixture of Doepfer/AS, plus the other mention would be my recommendation. Good luck!
