Analogue systems

I cannot comment about using AS modules in Doepfer cases, although I do use
Doepfer and other manufacturer modules in AS cases (they come with Doepfer
power connectors, but not vice-versa).

I understand you need an adaptor, available from Doepfer? to use AS in
Doepfer cases.

As to the AS build quality, very good indeed, but it seems that all the
Eurorack makers are quite sturdy, even Doepfer, which for some reason has a
reputation of not being quite as well made..possibly because it is a bit
less expensive.

I like AS gear, it is clearly good quality, and they do try to upgrade their
modules, (which may even prove to be a bit tricky on the second hand market,
because I think they offer one or two upgraded modules which are
indistinguishable from the earlier versions).

I have not had difficulty in mixing and matching eurorack modules from any
maker.
