Where can I find a list of the color codes used on the knob (pointers) 
for the AS modules?

don't know exactly where you can find it, i just know it
is stated in one of the manuals.

as far as i know, the color code is as follows:

white = audio level/attenuation
grey = cv level/attenuation
red = envelope parameters
yellow = resonance and slew time parameters
blue = frequency or delay parameters (vcf, vco, reverb, delay)
green = waveshapes (vco)
