I was thinking about modules missing on my RS Integrator and I was thinking about a module with 3 or 4 attenuators. Can you tell me what module you would like to see on it that doesn't exist yet ? It could be a good way to give some improvments ideas to Bob Williams. Arnauld

A lot of my wishes have turned up on the new sampler=delay module ( can't wait to get it ! ) 1 :I would love to see an Analogue Systems equivalent of the Roland 100m module 131 output mixer This is a multifunctional unit has 4 inputs with attenuation and pan for each going to stereo pair of mini and large jacks, Mono mini and large jacks - It also has a master volume, a separate headphone amp and socket, and a Standards tuning osc with attenuation and octave selector - Kind of vannilla but V Usefull 2: Quad VC-Panner 3. Matrix mixer a'la Buchla 205 4. VC Valve distortion ? ( but not a metasonix clone ! ) Thanks Father Christmas !

The module you are speaking of would (attenuator) be extremely easy to retrofit into one of Bob's standard mixers. In a mixer, each input goes through an attenuator, then to a summing amp. You could very easily run a wire from right before each input's summing resistor to the outside world. Then you would have a summed out and a separate non-mixed, attenuated out for each input. I understand that we all don't like to take drills to our faceplate and void our warranties, but this is an option! I agree, Bob needs a panner. I would also like to see a Buchla Low Pass Gate clone (wink wink), a wavetable oscillator, and a voltage processor. Other than that, I would really like a steak. cheers, P --- In analogue_systems@yahoogroups.com, Rt.Hon.Beerma§ter <Bigsynths@a...> <Bigsynths@a...> wrote: > --- In analogue_systems@yahoogroups.com, Arnauld Michelizza <am@z...> > wrote: > > > > I was thinking about modules missing on my RS Integrator and I was > > thinking about a module with 3 or 4 attenuators. However, I have no skill in electronic :-( Well, perhaps in another life I'll have sufficient time to learn it :-) > Other than that, I would really like a steak. Good idea. But don't put the steak in the mixer... Arnauld
