Apparently you can use VMM to do that: http://vmm.audionetwork.be/documentation/VMM_MIDI_Network_introduction/ However I've no experience with VMM myself. Otherwise there are a couple of commercial products for Windows available, on Mac OS X the functionality is built in. I suspect you might be able to use MidiOx to achieve the same thing through a bit of port tunneling, but I've no idea how to set it up. Hold on, port tunneling on Windows?
