Do not install Midi Yoke. Put it back into U-1 mode with USB connection for normal use.

Asunto: [bc2000] Editing preset of BCR2000 using BC Edit program
hi, i've just bought the BCR2000, updated the firmware etc and also
downloaded the BC Edit program.
I've followed the instructions in the manual included with the BC Edit
program to edit a preset (to test it out). When i attempt to save the
edited preset to the hardware, the following message pops up:
Timeout error
Timerout Error
while sending:
"$rev R1"
We are currently working on:
"$rev R1"
Anybody know what this means, and how to resolve?

I had some problems like this, and I did have to
use the MIDI connection to install the firmware (USB wouldn't work), and also
there was some weird thing where you had to install the firmware updates in a
certain order or something like that, but once it was all done I am now able to
save and load presets from BCEdit through the USB connection. I forgot
exactly what I did, but if you call behrenger tech support they should be able
to tell you how to get things straightened out
