Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi, downloaded the BCR2000 PG-300 preset and found a problem with one 
of the controls. The control for VCF Key Follow is only sending values 
of 0 and 1 (it is supposed to go from 0 to 15)...
