so you allready found some pages explaining the mackie protocol and
the sent notes & CCs.
all you need now is to read the live manual, chapter->MIDI AND KEY
REMOTE CONTROL->Mackie Control  (~page 340)

now you know ALL commands the Mackie sends, AND ALL commands that live
responds to, and HOW it reacts to the diff. msg./buttons/dials

no just dl from the files/Presets section the file
'bcr2000_live_ver4_1.zip'. this includes also a great manual, and of
course a ready-to-go preset for the bcr.
now all you need to do, is putting things together (assuming that you
want to modify the existing preset).

i did another setup (built on the one above) that features 16vPots
instead of 8 for example...

i'm not sure what you mean... F12 button (on my pc keyboard) switches
between clip view or track view.
you can easily 'emulate' that function with the mackie emu...
look @ ableton live manual, p.352:

-----------------------------------------------------
5. ViewArr (On) Toggles Arrangement View and Session View. When the
Mackie Control’s Shift key is held down, this sets the program focus
to the Arrangement View or Session View, whichever is currently on screen.
6. ToggleDetail (Rec/Rdy) Toggles Clip View and Track View. When the
Mackie Control’s Shift key is held down, this sets the program focus
to the Clip View or Track View, whichever is currently on screen.
-----------------------------------------------------

just look @ mackie prtotocol to see what is sent when these buttons
are pressed, and then program your buttons to do the same
